Made Here, From Start to Finish
Victory has manufactured performance activewear in the United States for more than 40 years. Our team works with US-made fabrics on many projects, and our in-house process lets us oversee each step rather than simply decorating finished blank garments.
Inside the Process
- Artwork and digital printing. Our graphic arts team prepares designs, and Epson printers produce the transfers for full-color sublimation.
- Fabric spreading and cutting. Automatic spreading and precision cutting help reduce material waste and keep production efficient.
- All-over sublimation. We print the cut garment pieces before sewing, allowing designs to cover the entire shirt instead of being limited to a small print area on a blank garment. Sublimated designs become part of the fabric rather than a layer that cracks or peels.
- In-house sewing. Our experienced sewing team assembles garments, including performance rashguards with flatlock stitching.
